Exhibitor Information

Reminders for our exhibitors:

• Booth set up can begin after 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2025.
• KACD will have each table labeled prior to set-up time.
• The exhibitor booths are located in the ballroom foyer outside of the Riverview Ballroom.
• Exhibitors can park and unload at the front desk entrance of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, in the parking garage and enter through the east entrance, or if needed there is a loading dock on the north side of the hotel.
• There are a limited number of luggage carts available at the hotel front desk.
• Please remember to bring your own extension cord, if needed for your booth.
• The exhibitor space is in the main convention center hallway and is not secured overnight or during sessions.
• Please do not leave valuables unattended at your booth.

Convention check-in is located outside the Riverview Ballroom and will be open:

• Sunday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Monday 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Tuesday 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Please stop at the KACD Registration Counter to pick up your registration packet once you arrive.
