KANSAS ASSOCIATION OF CONSERVATION DISTRICTS

KACD is made up of its members which are local conservation districts located in the state's 105 counties. KACD implements soil and water conservation programs with various funding sources and partnerships.

The Kansas Association of Conservation Districts is a voluntary, non-governmental, nonprofit, incorporated organization that was established in 1944.

Conservation Districts are great at bringing people together in your local county. Farmers and ranchers know that their local conservation districts are there to advocate and work for landowners of that county.
